The SRT feature in Premiere is still very new so for best performance we recommend using NDI together with the OBS software instead. It requires a bit more setup but has better latency and reliability.

Download and install OBS here.
Download and install NDI support for OBS.
Download and install NDI tools to get the Premiere plugin.
Open Playback Settings in Premiere and select NDI output for audio and NDI video stream.
Open OBS and add NDI as the input source.
In the NDI source settings, select Premiere Pro
Premiere sends all audio to OBS now so to get local audio we need to enable monitoring.
Click the 3 dots next to the audio meter for the NDI source and select Advanced Audio Properties.
In the popup turn on Monitor and Output
We should now have both local audio and audio in the stream
Next up is entering the server details for the stream. Open settings.
Choose Custom and paste the Server address starting with srt:// you’ve received from us. Leave Stream Key blank.
Go to output and set bitrate. We recommend around 6 Mbit/s (6000 Kbps). Please don’t stream at higher bitrate than 12 Mbit/s.
Set CPU preset and Tune to “ultrafast” and “zerolatency” for lowest latency.
Click Start Streaming.
Now login to the admin page using the login.pixelview.io/123456 address you’ve also received from us.
Click the watch link to view the stream. “Watch link”. Sometimes you need to click this link before you can start streaming in OBS due to the server closing the connection after some inactivity.
Best color accuracy and quality is in the iPhone, iPad or Apple TV apps. Download Pixelview Player from the app store and enter the Stream ID and Password.
